Returns Policy

At PHISH Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags still attached

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds and Store Credit

• Change of Mind Returns:

For change of mind, we offer store credit once the item is returned and inspected.

• Faulty Items:

If your item is found to be faulty, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method, or you can choose store credit or a replacement if preferred.

• Fair Assessment:

If you believe there is a fair reason for a full refund outside of a product fault, please contact us — we assess each case individually.

Return Shipping Costs

• For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If your item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping or refund reasonable shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at phishclothing@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• Reason for the return or exchange

• If faulty, please include clear photos showing the issue

We’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items are considered final and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
